Anything related to antennas.

An antenna is a reversible electromagnetic transducer, i.e. a device that is able to convert an electrical signal to an electromagnetic wave and vice-versa. That is, an antenna allows an electrical signal to be radiated into space (or another medium) and also allows to capture radiated EM fields and convert them into an electrical signal.

Antennas are reciprocal (i.e. reversible) devices. This means that the same antenna can be used to convert an electrical signal to EM waves and EM waves to electrical signal (even at the same time, if the system is carefully designed).

However, in some applications there can be different optimizations or requirements for receiving antennas (i.e. antennas that convert EM waves to electrical signals) and transmitting antennas (i.e. antennas that convert electrical signals to EM waves).

For example, antennas for very high power transmission (hundreds of kilowatts or megawatts) may have undergone specific design steps to ensure that the high intensity of the emitted fields is handled without damaging the antenna itself or the nearby structures.
