Anything about Wilson current mirror circuits (also known just as Wilson mirrors), a particular type of current-controlled current source.

A Wilson mirror is an improvement over the simpler 2-BJT current mirror, and uses a 3rd BJT to shield the current-setting transistors from Vce variations using a cascode configuration on the output. This improves the mirror output impedance and accuracy, however it makes its compliance voltage lower.
