Need help to replace 555

Hi guys, Can anyone help me please replace the NE555 IC in this circuit by MIC1555. I need to modify also the Voltage to 18v thank you.

MIC1555 datasheet

NE555 datasheet

circuit to be edited

Edit:
The circuit above represents a PWM generator where the user can adjust the frequency separately from the duty cycle and vice versa, but the disadvantages of this circuit are the limitation of the NE555 that is manifested in low frequency 100khz and a high rise/fall time of 100ns to 300ns. And since the MIC1555 is a member of the family of the most known IC timer the 555 I thought that it can replace the NE555 with your help.

There are several problems with this question that should be addressed:

1 - Trim your image! Those big black rectangles above and below your schematic are annoying at best. If you won't bother creating an easily readable presentation, why should we bother trying to help?

2 - Link to the datasheet of the chip you have, and the one you want to replace it with. You are asking a bunch of volunteers for a favor. Make it easy for them to help you.

3 - The text says 18 V, but the only voltage labeled in your schematic is 5 V. Huh? What?

4 - Explain what you want this circuit to do. It's not clear at all, since it doesn't have an output as shown.

Hi Olin thank you for responding so for:
1- i will try i am new to the comunity so bear with me.
2- the reason why i didn't linked the datasheet because 555 is known to everyone but i will linked if that help us all.
3 and 4- the schematic is from internet because am not in the level of engenering circuits, that why i asked from you guys to put that in consideration that i need 18v in place of 5v, NE555 is slower 100Khz max and a rise/fall time high of 100ns, where the MIC1555 is faster 5Mhz and rise/fall time of only 15ns thank you again.
