We think everything is back now.  For more information, see [this post](https://meta.codidact.com/questions/279504#answer-279560).  If you notice anything else that's gone missing, please let us know.  Sorry about the inconvenience!  We will investigate why our "apply deltas" process missed things.  Fortunately, we have a complete backup from right before the change was applied, so nothing is truly lost -- if we have to retrieve anything else, we will.
