Meta I can not upload pictures

I can not upload pictures when I start a new answer to a question (I have no problem when I edit an old answer). When I click the "insert picture" button, nothing happens and I do not see the windo...

The problem is solved
  • I can not upload pictures when I start a new answer to a question (I have no problem when I edit an old answer). When I click the "insert picture" button, nothing happens and I do not see the window:
