Does your produced CPL file correspond to the Altium layout, or to what Eurocircuits Assembly Visualizer is showing? Open the CPL file in Excel and check. If the Altium output is wrong, I'd say check your output settings when you are producing the CPL file. If Eurocircuits Visualizer is wrong, check your CSV file content formatting - if it's formatted wrong, fix it. If you think it's Visualizer error, reach out to Eurocircuits.
