I've not seen them sold separately through distributors like Mouser and such, and have not seen any hand tools for these. I found [this doncument](https://docs.rs-online.com/1cb9/0900766b8126c761.pdf) and [this video](https://youtu.be/r3pbPJJiXPw) - it looks like the machines are semi-automatic and you need to inquire with the manufacturer directly regarding availability and price.
