Big tags overhaul - 1st part - please delete those tags!
I've just finished a first clean-up of the tags pages, where I consolidated tags, provided synonyms, wrote guidance text and defined some hierarchy.
As a result there are quite a lot of "dead" tags that should be deleted (beginning at page 4 of 5).
Please could a mod escalate this to the staff that can do that?
The dead tags are all tags with 0 questions and are clearly marked with an all uppercase guidance text, such as:
DO-NOT-USE -- TO BE MERGED with
xxxxas a synonym
or
DO-NOT-USE -- DEPRECATED (AMBIGUOUS)
so they are easily identifiable.
Please, don't delete tags marked as such that have at least a question, since I still have to consolidate them (I've marked them for my future reference and to avoid people using them).
