Andy already gave you a direct answer, but I want to point out a confusion:

Maximum output voltage and maximum output swing are not the same.  Swing refers to the <i>range</i>.  With a 3.3 V supply at 25&deg;C, the guaranteed output voltage range is from 1.15 V to 2.3 V.  That means the guaranteed swing is only (2.3 V)-(1.15 V) = 1.15 V.

This opamp is not very useful with only a 3.3 V supply.
