User Lundin nominated for moderator

I granted him the Edit Tags privilege so that he could do this work. Unfortunately, that still doesn't let him merge and delete tags. One needs to be a moderator to do that. Moderators can't grant the Moderator privilege, only Codidact admins can. The admins want to make sure this is supported by the users before proceeding.

This post is therefore asking everyone about whether Lundin should be made a moderator or not. To avoid the usual Codidact analysis-paralysis, this change is going to be made unless there is an overall clear and timely objection. If you feel strongly one way or another, write (or upvote an existing answer) for or against Lundin becoming a moderator.
