Anything about variable capacitance diodes (i.e. varicap diodes, also commonly known as varactor diodes or simply varactors).

A varicap diode is a PN-junction diode which is specifically designed to exploit the reverse-bias junction capacitance, i.e. the capacitive behavior that a reverse-biased junction exhibits.

The capacitance of the varicap depends on the applied reverse voltage according to a non-linear relationship. In particular the capacitance decreases (non-linearly) as the voltage increases.
