Meta is this too obvious for a post?

This sounds like it could be a Paper (https://electrical.codidact.com/categories/35) if written up nicely. It doesn't make sense as a question because you're telling, not asking. I haven't heard ...

  • This sounds like it could be a Paper (https://electrical.codidact.com/categories/35) if written up nicely. It doesn't make sense as a question because you're telling, not asking.
  • I haven't heard of this idea before, and I have definitely not used it. It sounds like rather a cute trick. You should be clear about what you get though, discuss the tradeoffs of filtering out the PWM pulses without rounding the tips of the triangle too much, that you get at most &frac12; the output voltage range, and other considerations.
  • What you suggest would certainly be on topic and within the spirit of a Paper. The rest is up to how well you write it.
