I am using OPA859-Q1 in one of my applications. It's supply voltage is 3.3V,single supply operation.I am confused about is output swing when operated from 3.3V supply

Is the maximum swing is 2.4V when operated from 3.3V Supply.Below table is from datasheet '6.5 Electrical Characteristics'

In section 6.5 of the data sheet is the snippet of the table you put in your question but, you possibly failed to read the default words at the top of the section: -

$V_{S+} = 5 V, V_{S-} = 0 V$

This is the default power supply and, to get an output voltage of typically 4.1 volts, you need a supply of 5 volts. However, if $V_{S+}$ is only 3.3 volts then the typical output value will be 2.4 volts.

What is the significance of Vol (1.05V) here.Does that mean if I am setting the gain I need to in such a way that output should fall in the range of 1.05V to 2.4V

Yes, the range (swing) is 1.05 volts to 2.4 volts typically.
