How do "O-ring circuit" differ from an "ORing circuit" or "OR-ing circuit", or are they synonyms? There do exist a few memory chips with a serial interface and at least 64 MBytes of storage. For example, Cypress S25FS512S, S25FL512S, and S25HS512T (64 MByte) and S70FL01GS (128 MByte), all SPI Flash.
