+1. In particular, the signal rise time on the output of a 74AHC132 is less than 20 ns, no matter the frequency -- it's the same rise time no matter if it happens once (a single event), once a minute, once a second, 1000 times a second, or a million times a second. (more) |

There do exist a few memory chips with a serial interface and at least 64 MBytes of storage. For example, Cypress S25FS512S, S25FL512S, and S25HS512T (64 MByte) and S70FL01GS (128 MByte), all SPI Flash.
